Dear Sir or Madam,

In accordance with the article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as Regulation, we inform that:

The Administrator of your personal data is PZL- Sędziszów S.A., based in Sędziszów Małopolski 39-120, at ul. Fabryczna 4, Poland. The Administrator will process your personal data for the following purposes:

- performance of contracts and orders and invoicing in accordance with the article 6, paragraph 1 (b) and (c) of the Regulation;

- implementation of the archiving process resulting from legitimate interests implemented by the Administrator in accordance with the article 6 clause 1 (f) of the Regulations.

The recipients of your personal data will be entities cooperating with us on the basis of providing services, e.g. postal services, IT services. The period of storage of your personal data will be different, depending on the type of processing and it is as follows:

- execution of orders and invoicing - a period of 5 years;

- archiving - a period of 5 years.

We inform that you are entitled to access your personal data i.e.:

- the right to correct, delete your data or limit the processing,

- the right to request from the Administrator to access your data,

- the right to object to data processing,

- right to transfer your personal data,

- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

All data provided by you result from the cooperation to complete the order and are provided completely voluntarily, but not providing them may result in refusal of implementation of the agreement. Personal data will not be profiled. The Administrator does not intend to transfer data to the recipients in third countries or international organization.
